OHAA Strategic Plan 2025 - 2027

We're proud to present our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, a forward-focused roadmap designed to strengthen our profession, advance oral health for all Australians, and ensure our association’s long-term sustainability.

This Strategic Plan sets out our collective vision, priorities, and key actions for the next two years. It reflects our commitment to being the leading national voice for oral health and oral health professionals, embedding oral health as an essential component of overall health.

Our plan is built on five strategic priorities:

1. Building a sustainable organisation - through diversified income, grants, sponsorship, and eco-conscious practices.
2. Enhancing the membership experience - by delivering impactful CPD opportunities, resources, and member engagement.
3. Advocating for oral health - ensuring oral health professionals are recognised as part of Australia’s primary healthcare team.
4. Improving oral health outcomes - through evidence-based, equitable programs and education.
5. Working together - fostering a collaborative, united culture across our members, Board, staff, and partners.
